Molten Chocolate Cakes

Some friends of ours came up for dinner out and dessert at our place earlier this week, and my quick solution to dessert was Molten Chocolate Cakes - one of my mom's favorites!

4 1 oz squares Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
1/2 c butter
1 c powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
6 T flour

Preheat oven to 425. Butter 8 souffle dishes or muffin cups.

Microwave chocolate and butter for 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in sugar, which in eggs and yolks. Stir in flour.

Bake 13-14 min for souffles or 8-10 min for muffins.
